1. Recommend a hotel/motel in your town/city:

Marriott or Holiday Inn, but get an Airbnb instead.

2. Recommend a restaurant in your town/city:

Butler Inn for steaks, 5 O'Clock Club for a Friday fish fry. For lakefront summer outside dining: LaTavola, Beachhouse Bistro, Artisan 179, Twisted Vine for after-dinner wine.

3. What's a must-see in your town/city?

Pewaukee Lake — it's the largest in SE Wisconsin lake country.

4. What makes your town/city fun for tourists?

Bike trails, live music Wednesdays at the lakefront in summer, waterski shows on Thursdays in summer, paddleboard rentals, boating, 4th of July fireworks on the lake. Ice-fishing in winter.

5. What should you avoid when visiting your town/city?

Avoid the chain restaurants!
